Job Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer role entails strategic financial planning and management to drive the company's success.

This position requires a strong leader who can oversee the company's financial health, accounting functions, cash flow, and budgeting.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support long-term business objectives.
  • Manage the preparation and approval of all financial reporting metrics, monitor and direct the implementation of strategic plans.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial statements and reports, conduct thorough financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the finance function, managing cash flow and expense control processes. Implement operational best practices to maximize revenue and develop financial and tax strategies.
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile, monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and construct and monitor reliable control systems.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management. They should also exhibit excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Qualifications:
  • Education: CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
