Lead Finance Strategist Job

Talentiser seeks a seasoned finance leader to drive financial strategy and planning initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
Key Accountabilities
  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting aligned with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure accuracy in financial MIS reports.
Audit Compliance & Governance
  • Oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits from start to finish, ensuring timely closure.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to minimize risks.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Taxation Regulatory Compliance
  • Direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments.
  • Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory timelines.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA.
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner.
