Job Title: Executive Director - Project Management

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director - Project Management to lead our project management team across residential and commercial projects.

This strategic role involves overseeing the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budget parameters.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, project financials, and stakeholder management. They will be an excellent communicator, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, negotiating contracts, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the project management team to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Implement cost-control measures and identify areas for savings.
  • Provide timely MIS reports and updates to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and project financials.
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
