Job Title

About the Role

The Executive Director of Learning and Growth will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training plans that address organizational skill gaps and strategic objectives. This includes developing and managing training content, collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs, and planning and scheduling training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement functional, leadership, and mid-level training programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Design and deliver customized training plans that address skill gaps and support strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage training sessions to ensure smooth execution and optimal resource utilization.
  • Mentor and coach employees to help them achieve their full potential.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Training and Development, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact training programs.
  • Expertise in content development and management, including the creation of engaging training materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees at all levels of the organization.
