Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a Production Director to lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in production management, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • This role involves managing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing process improvements.
  • The Production Director will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling non-quality costs.
  • Additionally, they will drive manpower planning and multi-skilling for the workforce.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • SMT Line Management: Oversee manual insertion, FG production, and testing line production.
  • Material Planning: Execute material planning in collaboration with the planning team, achieving MPP targets.
  • Challenge Resolution: Resolve daily challenges through SIM-1, SIM-2, SIM-3, and SIM-5.
  • Project Management: Spearhead KE projects and improvement project activities in coordination with support groups.
  • Documentation: Actively manage ECO documentation and implementation control.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in production management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with SPS systems and OTDM requirements.
