Commercial Contracts and Process Manager

Integreon is seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts and Process Manager to support the Contracts, Compliance, and Commercial Services division. As a Legal Process Manager, you will play a key role in solving problems, managing projects, and sustaining existing systems and processes.
The Process Manager will help identify operational improvement opportunities through independent analysis, assessment of department/company priorities, and working with clients. You will lead such programs, including task identification, project design, development, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Identify process improvements opportunities and suggest new methods to improve client experience and department productivity
- Lead change management efforts to ensure potential impact is realized, including training and communications
- Collaborate with clients on strategic plans for client success using best practice methodologies
- Communicate with account's key stakeholders to ensure organizational understanding of client and business processes
- Be responsive and timely in responding to questions, concerns, and requests
- Serve as a point-of-contact to internal customers and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution
- Design and execute projects to capture operational improvement value and deliver strategic results
- Advise stakeholders and project teams on operational capabilities, gaps, and recommended changes
- Define project success measures and measure projects against these measures
- Identify, report on, and mitigate or escalate project risks
- Interface and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project success
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of contracts and project management experience
- Client-facing experience and understanding of project management, process improvement, and change management approaches and methodologies
- Previous experience reviewing, drafting, or negotiating contracts a plus
- Experience reporting metrics and performance data
- Understanding of project management, process improvement, and change management approaches and methodologies
- Ability to build relationships and gain trust of clients, attorneys, and support staff
- Relevant experience in law firms, corporate legal departments, or professional services
- Six Sigma or Project Management training a plus
- Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
- Ability to quickly process and analyze information to make decisions and solve problems
- Experience with Microsoft Office and automated systems a plus
Education and Experience:
- JD preferred, contracting experience required
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification a plus
- 5+ years of commercial contracting experience
- 5+ years of client-facing, project management experience
