Electrical Design Expert

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to contribute to the growth of our company by providing design expertise in specialist areas of electrical systems.

This role is related to Industrial, Power, Oil and Gas, Mining, and Manufacturing, Water Sector.

The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation and delivery of leading-edge programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing electrical designs as per client needs and requirements using different design tools and software.
  • Creating electrical equipment sizing, various electrical layouts, and electrical calculations.
  • Coordinating with regional leads and experience in heavy Power industry, Oil and Gas, Mining, and Manufacturing industrial and utility capital projects.
  • Preparing design deliverables, schedule, technical specifications, design basis report, scope of work, and BOQ documents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Power system modeling and analysis, short circuit analysis, Arc Flash studies, electrical power system grounding studies, using ETAP software.

Requirements
  • Concept design to detail design development, tender development, and construction-level electrical design assistance.
  • Flexible duties, providing design assistance for multiple projects.
  • Working as a team member to coordinate design projects with professional engineers and other CAD/BIM technicians.
  • Understanding Vendor submittal drawings and documents, and reviewing them.
  • Experience in developing electrical services proposals and engineering estimates.
