We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Design Engineer to participate in the creation of innovative aircraft electrical wiring harnesses.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise and expand your knowledge of product complexity from design through to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • To collaborate with international teams on the design of aircraft electrical wiring harnesses.
  • To facilitate the exchange of electrical interfaces between aircraft systems.
  • To create 2D schematics.
  • To contribute to the design of harness topologies.
  • To coordinate activities assigned by the Corporate Design Office.
  • To manage and validate schematics of sub-contractors (1 to 2 people).
  • To establish a Capability Center for harness design in Pune.
  • To assist in adapting processes and working methods between Pune and Europe (including time differences).
  • To provide feedback and reporting to the Design Office Manager in Europe.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in an Electrical Design Office.
  • Strong electrical knowledge, particularly in harness design.
  • Proficiency in 2D modeling (2D computer-aided design such as ELECTRE).
  • Excellent relationship-building, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
Additional Competences
  • Mechanical and 3D modeling.
  • French language proficiency.
  • Able to work autonomously and rigorously.
  • Familiarity with industrial environments (aeronautics and automotive).
