Job Title: Pricing Coordinator

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating international payments and ensuring timely execution of financial transactions. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate moderately complex international payment operations duties in support of a service center environment.
  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports for senior management review.
  • Prepare input forms for automated data processing systems to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Utilize company operations tools to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation to all levels of employees.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of payment investigations and various case types.
  • Ability to interpret documents and requests effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
  • Good math, reconciliation, and accounts skills.
