As a high-performing PPC and Paid Social Campaign Strategist, you will develop and execute large-scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Your expertise in data analysis and campaign optimization will enable us to refine targeting, improve efficiency, and maximize ROI.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of PPC and Paid Social campaign management experience. Your portfolio should showcase proven success in scaling high-budget campaigns, leveraging advanced attribution models, conversion tracking, and optimization techniques. Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies and plans, aligning with business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Manage significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance and ad account structures are maintained at the highest standards.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify areas for improvement, optimize campaign performance, and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and client teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations, applying this knowledge to drive campaign success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in PPC and Paid Social campaign management.
  • Proven success in scaling high-budget, multi-market campaigns.
  • Advanced understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in global or international campaign management is a strong advantage.
