
Sr. Paid Search Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Search Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of performance marketing, particularly in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), who can plan, execute, and optimize high-impact digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in digital marketing principles, hands-on experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns, and the analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, ads and other PPC networks.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to support campaign setup and optimization.
- Create compelling ad copy and recommend appropriate landing page strategies to improve Quality Score and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Continuously test and iterate on ads, bidding strategies, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, sales) to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Prepare regular performance reports with detailed analysis and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in paid search and digital advertising.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and associated platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Proven track record of driving ROI through paid search campaigns.
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Supermetrics).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or SaaS industries.
- Working knowledge of automation tools or AI-driven platforms for PPC optimization.
