Sr. Paid Search Specialist

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of performance marketing, particularly in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), who can plan, execute, and optimize high-impact digital campaigns that drive measurable results.The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in digital marketing principles, hands-on experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns, and the analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, ads and other PPC networks.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to support campaign setup and optimization.Create compelling ad copy and recommend appropriate landing page strategies to improve Quality Score and conversion rates.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize ROI.Continuously test and iterate on ads, bidding strategies, and targeting to improve campaign performance.Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, sales) to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals.Prepare regular performance reports with detailed analysis and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in paid search and digital advertising.Required Skills & Qualifications:5–6 years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing or digital advertising.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and associated platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).Proven track record of driving ROI through paid search campaigns.Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing.Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Supermetrics).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Google Ads Certification is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in B2 B or Saa S industries.Working knowledge of automation tools or AI-driven platforms for PPC optimization.Why Join Us?Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.Opportunity to drive strategy and execution for performance marketing.Be part of a results-driven team with clear growth and learning opportunities.
