Job Opportunity

Key Role Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role is to identify and recommend solutions, document requirements, and communicate the direction of new and existing products for airlines that meet market demand and customer expectations.

  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of ATPCO Automated Rules processing is required.
  • Work closely with airlines to provide innovative solutions for shopping, pricing, reissues, and refunds using ATPCO fares and rules.
  • Manage projects through concept, development, and implementation, focusing on shopping, pricing, reissues, and refunds.
  • Create project requirements documents that define all requirements during the concept phase.
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure customer requirements are met during the development phase.
  • Ensure a smooth implementation and launch by working with internal departments.
  • Support implementation and launch to market by managing pilots and beta tests.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience in the travel industry (preferably with an airline reservation system, GDS, or travel agency).
  • Explicit ATPCO Automated Rules processing, including automated reissues (Cat 31) and refunds (Cat 33).
  • Strong business requirements gathering and documentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of IATA Fare Construction is a plus.
