Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our product team.

In this pivotal role, you will be the day-to-day liaison between our product management and engineering teams, focusing on the execution of our product roadmap.

You will be responsible for translating product strategy into a clear, actionable backlog, ensuring that our development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality, impactful features on time.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused position where you will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of our lead quality platform for our Fortune 100 clients.

  • Manage and maintain the product backlog for your assigned engineering team.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements.
  • Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies.
  • Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
