Product Design Academic Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the Product Design department at our institution. This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished academic professional to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative product design programs.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and excellent leadership skills to drive academic excellence.
  • A master's or Ph.D. degree in industrial design is required, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in an academic leadership role within a design school setting.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for supervising faculty members, conducting regular evaluations of program curriculum, and collaborating with other departments to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities for students.
  • In addition, they will oversee student recruitment efforts, plan department resources effectively, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory processes.
