About this role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Design Engineer to take on new challenges in designing and developing innovative products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing product ideas and concepts from scratch, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
  • Applying value engineering principles to optimize product design and performance.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of engineering standards, including IS, ASTM, ANSI, BS, and others.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of products with various configurations as required by customers.
  • Collaborating with development teams to experiment and modify new products, driving improvement and excellence.
  • Resolving quality assurance issues related to new product development, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications and skills required:

A strong background in mechanical engineering is essential, with experience in new product development and a proven track record of success.

Required skills include:

  • Value engineering expertise to drive product optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering standards to ensure compliance and best practices.

Preferred skills include:
