Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with clients to understand their business objectives.
  • Research and create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to lay the foundation for exceptional product experiences.
  • Presentation of research findings to clients.
  • Creation of low- and high-fidelity wireframes during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to facilitate client understanding of user journeys.
  • Guidance to development teams on user journey implementation.
  • Design of high-quality user interfaces and obtaining client approval.
  • Ensuring the development team has all design assets as needed.
  • Smooth design handoff to the development team with no gaps.
  • Closely reviewing development builds and providing feedback to ensure adherence to UX/UI recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spoken nature, quick learning ability, and a drive to excel.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Familiarity with human interface guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of the app development process.
  • Able to come up with innovative concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma.
  • Design thinking principles.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
