Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Governance: Collect, validate and organize data from multiple sources for accuracy and consistency.
  • Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover insights, trends and correlations that support business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modeling: Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand analytics requirements.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data-driven company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation abilities.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
