Job Title: Inventory Associate

Ensuring inventory accuracy is a critical function within our organization.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience working with inventory management systems and be able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory reconciliation: WMS vs physical stock
  • Tracking of inward quantity, order processed quantity, order cancelled quantity, and comparing with available stock quantity
  • Inventory Cycle Count: Planning time schedule and manpower for the cycle counting once in a month for each customer
  • Planning and executing wall-to-wall counting for all customers at least once in each quarter
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy by 99.65%
  • Maintaining inventory loss by less than 0.03%
  • Coordinating and providing required data to internal/external auditors
  • Designing and implementing procedures to ensure zero loss of high-value items
  • Reducing warehouse damages to inventory
  • Ensuring the packing material count on a daily basis

Qualifications:

Any graduate with strong analytical skills and 5-7 years of experience in inventory management.

Skills:

Good MS Excel skills and handy in different order processing software.

Coordination:

All internal and external coordination.
