Job Title: Product Visionary

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team and help drive the growth of our Real-Time Digital Experience Platform. This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our SaaS product and ensuring it meets the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert within the Product Group and acting as a conduit between Product and the rest of the business. They will work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver new platform features, partner with engineering scrum teams to ensure a shared understanding of the future state of the platform, and capture, manage, and communicate dependencies from application teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the Product Group
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver new platform features
  • Partner with engineering scrum teams to ensure a shared understanding of the future state of the platform
  • Capture, manage, and communicate dependencies from application teams
  • Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure successful feature delivery from Engineering
  • Help shape the Platform roadmap and decide what platform features to build to support commercial applications
  • Enable Sales, Support, Professional Service field teams on new features as they are released

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in Product Management role, ideally within the Enterprise software industry
  • Experience working closely with multiple teams of engineers/developers
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development concepts
  • Deep expertise in translating use cases into user stories
  • Domain experience in Enterprise End User Computing, Monitoring, Experience Management solution
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems through a customer lens
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science would be an advantage
