Strategic Business Partnership Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
a) Develop strategic partnerships with domestic BPO clients through presentations, business networking, and negotiation.
b) Identify and pursue new business opportunities independently through market research, cold-calling, and other sources.
c) Collaborate with delivery functions to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
a) 5-6 years of experience in business development of domestic BPO.
b) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Working with ICCS:
a) As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's presence in the domestic BPO market.
b) You will work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
