Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Lead to oversee our web domain project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications. Additionally, they will lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.

  • Lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance.

  • Manage testing for web applications serving high-traffic and high-visibility client sites.

  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.

  • Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

  • Manage the QA team's workload and provide support in resolving issues.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.

  • Manage complex quality assurance and test environment challenges and issues.

Requirements
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
  • Good analytical and logical skills to be able to think through the new application and strategise testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool (Mabl).
  • Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Ideally have experience with Linux environment.
