We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer service through various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly and effectively to student inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries, providing accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with students.

The support associate will monitor and evaluate student feedback and ratings to identify areas for improvement in the support process.

2. Proactively reach out to students to address their concerns, focusing on achieving high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by addressing student concerns efficiently and professionally.

The support associate will continuously educate themselves about the online education industry and relevant trends to provide better support services.

3. Collaborate closely with the product team to improve the support process, maintaining clear and effective communication with students, colleagues, and other teams within the company to ensure seamless customer experience.

4. Efficiently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) and response times.

The support associate will maintain accurate records of student interactions, issues, and resolutions to generate reports on support-related metrics.

5. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

6. Provide insights and feedback to improve product features and user experience based on their understanding of student needs.

7. Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations to protect sensitive student information and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

English Proficiency (Spoken)

English Proficiency (Written)

Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field

Skills:

Excellent English communication skills

Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs and customer support software

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Good understanding of management practices and techniques
