Identity and Access Management Expert

This role involves managing and implementing secure identity and access solutions, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining robust IAM systems that meet the organization's security needs.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems to ensure secure access to resources.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on IAM-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IAM and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IAM, with a minimum of 3 years in identity and access management or a related field.
  • Certifications:
  • Microsoft AZ-900 Certification.
  • Microsoft SC-300 Certification and SC-900 Certification.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in interpreting requirements and delivering solutions that adhere to target architecture frameworks.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with identity resiliency and cybersecurity measures, including Entra ID Protection and Defender.
  • Skilled in utilizing Ansible for pipeline automation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Azure Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • In-depth understanding and practical experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Competent in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
  • Thorough understanding of Zero Trust principles and identity protection strategies.
  • Experienced in implementing hybrid identity solutions and integrating on-premises with cloud-based systems.
  • Capable of developing automated processes for user access provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Well-versed in security standards and regulatory requirements pertinent to identity and access management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve identity and access-related issues.
