We offer backend and telesales services to Australian-based solar retailers, providing expertise that drives business growth. With a team of experts based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, we are expanding our sales team to support our Australian clients.

Your Role

As a Global Solar Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to generating sales for our Australian solar company. You will close sales deals over the phone and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Objectives

  • Help the company grow by bringing in customers through closing/selling solar installations.
  • Build trust between customers and the company.
  • Create a brand reputation.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and close all incoming inquiries on each platform: phone, email, live chat, amazing web, Facebook, Instagram, lead agents, deal sites.
  2. Perform sales consultations over the phone & Zoom.
  3. Prepare and send quotations, daily follow-ups, and close sales.
  4. Lead nurturing & scheduling appointments.
  5. Crm; enter, track & update leads and prospects on a daily basis.
  6. Maintain records of calls and sales/clients and note useful information.
  7. Actively seek out referrals from existing customers & new appointments.
  8. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  9. Actively seek out feedback and reviews from installed customers.
  10. Submit accurate sales paperwork on time.
  11. Help customers in processing their state rebates.
  12. Submit an accurate daily activity report just before you log off.
  13. Immediately inform your manager or the admin team of any changes to the customer orders: product/price/payment method.
  14. Attend daily, weekly, monthly & sales meetings.
  15. Educate customers on how solar can benefit them financially and its environmental impact.
  16. Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
