Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Forecast sales performance, analyze trends, and create actionable plans to exceed targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and customer segments to expand business reach.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead complex negotiations to secure high-value contracts and long-term engagements.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Set clear performance objectives and drive accountability to achieve revenue goals.
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop and execute integrated growth strategies.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10–15 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
