Job Description

As a Senior Design Consultant, you will be the Lead Designer for a set of customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide the best design solution for their home.

You will collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop comprehensive designs that meet their needs.

This includes quoting, detailed designing, and getting production drawings ready for manufacturing.

You will focus on prioritizing and executing multiple design projects while analyzing sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable Institution.
  • Site experience is mandatory, and you should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimal hassle at the site.
  • Customer-centric approach, providing solutions that are highly functional, great on aesthetics, and cost-effective.
  • Exposure to residential projects is essential, and knowledge of Google Sketchup software is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to construct and defend ideas, designs, and pricing.
