Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Office Interiors Specialist to manage the acquisition of materials, coordinate vendors, and source high-quality supplies for our office interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry. Civil engineering or equivalent background is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement operations for office interior projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and execute cost-effective purchasing strategies to optimize resources.
  • Build and sustain robust vendor relationships to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliability.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors; negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
  • Manage supplier evaluations and risk assessments to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors.
  • Coordinate closely with design, project, and finance teams to align procurement workflows.
  • Source high-quality materials matching project specifications and financial limits.
  • Track procurement timelines and coordinate logistics for smooth delivery to sites.
  • Uphold industry standards and best practices in all procurement activities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance and refine procurement selection and management processes.
