Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Service Delivery Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud services infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the delivery of cloud-based services to meet business requirements
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize service quality and efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure management, including hybrid Azure AD join implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID integration
  • Experience with certificate-based authentication and modern authentication methods
  • Proficiency in configuring device compliance policies and conditional access
  • Operational expertise in Microsoft Intune configuration and management
  • Experience in using and developing automation and scripting (PowerShell) to drive efficiencies

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) policies
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
  • Understanding of Zero Trust security principles
  • Experience with Tiered Admin Models in hybrid environments
