Integration Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Delivery Lead to drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Establish and manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives/projects using Digital Backbone.
    • Deliver end-to-end integration projects ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and architectural standards.
    • Manage client, internal team, and third-party vendor expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
    • Allocate resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
    • Implement agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and escalate critical issues as needed.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment, mentor and coach team members, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
    • Understand integration technologies (APIs, Events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS) to guide technical teams and make informed decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in delivery or project management, specifically within Integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects.
  • Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Arch, data integration patterns, cloud-based integration services, and SAP BTP IS.
  • Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 15+ years of experience in delivery or project management, specifically within Integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects.
  • Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Arch, data integration patterns, cloud-based integration services, and SAP BTP IS.
