Project Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure delivery within agreed parameters.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue management.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
