Job Title: Global Technology Leader

Role Overview:

You will lead complex technology initiatives that power our products and client solutions.

You'll work across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to deliver scalable solutions that make an impact worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery.
  2. Foster high-performance team dynamics as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and stakeholder collaboration.
  3. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear plans and delivery schedules.
  4. Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines.
  5. Identify and remove risks, roadblocks, and dependencies.
  6. Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, progress, and strategic choices.
  7. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
  • Deep expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies, with experience leading distributed and offshore teams.
  • Strong passion for sports, particularly cricket, is highly valued.
