Job Title: Strategic Financial Lead

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our Corporate Finance function for India and US entities.
  • You will be responsible for external and internal reporting of financial information, including month-end close process and annual audits.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage monthly close, audits, and procurement process.
  2. Ensure strong familiarity with accounting standards, especially revenue recognition.
  3. Manage Treasury, payment gateway, and banking relationships.
  4. Develop expertise in financial models, ability to model complex business scenarios.
  5. Understand unit-level metrics and ensure compliance with taxes.
  6. Familiarity with legal contracts and laws.

As a seasoned finance professional, you should have a Chartered Accountant certification and 6+ years of overall experience, with 4 years in finance controllership/tax function.

Required Skills:
  • Strong Excel modelling skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in ERP Systems, process implementation, and technical accounting standards.
  • Clear understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, compliances, and business growth strategy.
  • Maturity to influence stakeholders and work under pressure while ensuring quality output.
  • Excellent communication skills to express complex ideas.
