Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including inventory management and facilities maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of supplies, correspondence, and financial transactions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals as assigned.
- Provide exceptional support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Plan and execute team-building events and activities.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in hospitality or travel industries.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
