About the Role:

This is a Senior Analyst position within our Corporate Communications function, assisting the Corporate Communication lead in various corporate communication initiatives.

  • Purpose of Role: To assist in drafting internal communication materials, employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communication:

  • Drafting, formatting, and publishing internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, announcements).
  • Assisting with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  • Coordinating townhalls, leadership connections, and awareness drives.

Events & Media:

  • Providing logistical and creative support during internal events.
  • Maintaining archives of communication assets, photos, and video content.

Digital and Social Media:

  • Monitoring corporate social media handles and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Drafting posts and coordinating approvals with relevant departments.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintaining a calendar of communication activities and providing weekly/monthly updates.
  • Tracking and reporting basic analytics on communication initiatives.
