Job Title: Human Resources Executive

  • Onboard new team members by conducting inductions, orientations and assimilations to ensure seamless integration.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities including one-on-one connects, team-building exercises, sports events and other initiatives.
  • Manage performance through quarterly check-ins, skip-level meetings and annual appraisals to drive growth and development.
  • Address employee queries, concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner while ensuring organizational requirements are met.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance retention.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the employee experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition teams as needed.
  • Ensure smooth facility management operations.
  • Oversee space planning and interior design.
  • Maintain electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution, backup power and energy tracking.
  • Operate air conditioning systems.
  • Enforce fire and safety protocols.
  • Manage internet connectivity.
  • Supervise minor construction projects.
  • Provide soft services such as housekeeping, security and plant maintenance.
  • Administer cafeteria operations.
  • Oversee inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
