Looking for a diligent professional to manage day-to-day operations at our coworking centers.

Location: HSR Layout Sector 6

We are seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator to oversee daily facility operations, manage housekeeping, security, vendor coordination and AMC schedules.

The ideal candidate will ensure preventive maintenance and smooth functioning of MEP services.

The selected candidate will also handle administrative tasks including asset management, inventory and procurement.

In addition, the successful candidate will support centre teams in delivering excellent member experience and coordinate with internal teams & service providers for timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

-2–5 years of experience in facility management/administration, preferably in coworking, real estate or hospitality.

-Strong organizational and people management skills.

-Ability to multitask, prioritize and respond quickly to operational needs.

-Proactive problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Familiarity with MEP, housekeeping and vendor management is an added advantage.

Maintenance and Operations Expertise:

-In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols.

-Experience with inventory management and control.

Facility Management Skills:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively.
