Job Title: Master Facility Manager

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional professional to assume the role of Master Facility Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance and operations of our resort's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, efficient, and meet high standards.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintaining facility assets across all resorts.
  • Lead capital expenditure projects including renovations and new builds, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for property-level teams, promoting excellence in engineering practices.
Maintenance & Operations
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal functionality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Coordinate with resort teams to resolve issues efficiently, maintaining high guest satisfaction levels on facility standards.
Energy & Sustainability
  • Drive energy conservation initiatives, reducing consumption and environmental impact.
  • Implement sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards, enhancing our reputation as a responsible business.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties, conducting regular audits to mitigate risks.
  • Promote a culture of safety, encouraging employees to report concerns and participate in safety training programs.
Team Development & Management
  • Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Develop strong relationships with team members, recognizing their contributions and providing opportunities for growth and development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in hospitality engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

  • Strong expertise in building systems, CMMS tools, and energy management software.
  • Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
