We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Management professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP MM module, with experience in managing inventory and material movements. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process Goods Receipt (GRN) and Goods Issue (GI) transactions in SAP, ensuring accurate entries and resolving discrepancies with stores and procurement teams.
  • Manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) based on departmental requirements, coordinating with user departments for requirement validation and tracking PR status.
  • Create, modify, and track purchase orders in SAP, coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery and monitoring open POs.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on data accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain minimum & maximum inventory levels. They will also be responsible for generating reports on GRN, GI, and PO status, and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance.

Requirements include:

  • Proficient in SAP MM module, knowledge of GRN, GI, and PO processes.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and material movements.
  • Attention to detail, high level of data accuracy, good communication and coordination skills.

Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector is preferred, along with SAP certification in MM and familiarity with procurement or storekeeping procedures. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
