Acquisition Manager

Job Overview:

The Acquisition Manager oversees the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services for mining operations. Key Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, sourcing and negotiating contracts, maintaining vendor relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of procurement experience, with at least 4–5 years in the minerals/mining sector.
  • Strong knowledge of mining equipment, spare parts, raw materials, and international trade regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract drafting skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management, and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
