Senior Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 10 years of sales management experience in the technology industry. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on companies in need of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, or Azure Cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach in meeting customer requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in D365, ERP, and Azure Cloud technologies, and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, or Azure Cloud based technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and make sound business decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success and a passion for achieving sales goals.
The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
