Job Description">

At a top healthcare technology firm, we are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Practice Leader to build and lead our data services for payer and provider organizations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and growing a best-in-class data practice that meets the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:">
  1. ">
  2. Build and scale a comprehensive data practice, including service offerings, delivery frameworks, and revenue growth strategies.">
  3. Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business development, manage profit and loss (P&L) for the practice, and meet annual revenue contribution targets.">
  4. Establish robust data governance policies and compliance frameworks for healthcare environments, ensuring regulatory adherence and minimizing risk.">
Requirements">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior data leadership roles, with a proven track record of building and growing data practices from the ground up.">
  • A deep understanding of healthcare payer and provider technology services, as well as expertise in database design, data modeling, warehousing, and analytics.">
  • Strong SQL, Python/R programming skills, proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).">
  • Experience working with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, X12, ICD), knowledge of big data technologies, and ML/AI frameworks.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders alike.">
