About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Management Trainee to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in project management, conducting market research, analyzing data, and participating in team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project management and coordination
- Conduct market research on land parcel holders
- Analyze data and nurture leads
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Assist in administrative tasks
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the Real Estate industry
- Organized and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments
