We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the strategic development and execution for our online business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our business strategy across channels, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement to elevate our online luxury website.

This is a leadership role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand initiatives that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our position as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space. You will oversee a team of 30 employees across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care and Creative & Content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, business development, monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance, according to company requirements.
  • Develop strategies and plans for business expansion and future development.
  • Guide the product and price mix.
  • Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary.

Partner Management

Liaise with brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance.

Brand Positioning

Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand.

Market Research

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.

People Skills and Leadership

Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including merchandising, design, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
