Key Account Strategist Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Strategist to play a pivotal role in our customer success efforts. This individual will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth through effective account management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions or escalations, collaborating closely with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
  • Help customers develop comprehensive success plans outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, providing guidance on achieving these objectives and measuring progress toward those milestones.
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
  • Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) with key accounts.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts.
  • Technical expertise in the cybersecurity field along with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
