We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Strategist to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns. As a key team member, you will be responsible for creating forward-thinking creative strategies that align with business goals and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for client campaigns, including photoshoots, videos, social media content, and brand creatives.
  • Provide art direction for shoots, from pre-production mood boards to final execution, ensuring high-quality visual content that meets client expectations.
  • Oversee social media grid planning to maintain a cohesive and premium brand identity across all platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and digital insights to implement data-driven creative solutions that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Present creative pitches and strategies to clients with clarity and confidence, demonstrating expertise and passion for the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign delivery on time and with excellence, meeting client expectations and driving results.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers/creatives in maintaining agency quality standards, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure brand storytelling consistency across digital, print, and experiential channels, maintaining a strong brand voice and message.
  • Balance creative innovation with data-driven insights to maximize client impact and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, branding, or art direction (agency experience preferred).
  • A strong portfolio of marketing campaigns, shoots, and social media work that demonstrates creativity, innovation, and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and related tools, with experience in design, video production, and social media management.
  • A solid understanding of social media trends, digital storytelling, and audience engagement, with experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing discussions, with the ability to present complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities, with experience in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
