Job Title: Premium Policy Specialist

Job Description:

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by processing post-issue requests, maintaining accurate policy records, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process post-issue service requests, including address changes, beneficiary updates, ownership changes, and banking information updates.
  • Maintain and update policy records in administration systems according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with external partners, internal teams, and custodians to resolve discrepancies and ensure service quality.
  • Research and resolve escalated issues or incomplete transactions related to policy servicing.
  • E nsure service levels and turnaround times are met according to SLA requirements.
  • Support audits and regulatory compliance activities by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
  • 1+ year of working experience in the Life insurance domain, requiring a focus on quality, attention to details, accuracy, and accountability for work product.
  • Experience in a professional/office environment that required regular scheduled shifts.
  • Proficiency in using a computer with Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and learning new software tools.
  • Effective English business communication skills to exchange information with clients.
