Role: MuleSoft Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for project success
  • Detailed project planning
  • End-to-end project initiation, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure
  • Applying project management standards, guidelines, and tools
  • Delivering projects on time, with quality, and within planned cost
  • Serving as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers and internal management teams and project stakeholders
  • Generating dashboard reports, project status reports, and Management Information System (MIS) reports
  • Controlling variances in time, quality, cost, and process
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Defining processes, reviewing, and implementing them
  • Ensuring best practices are defined and followed in the project
  • Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project success aligned to customer expectations
  • Measuring KPIs and reporting to stakeholders
  • Managing and controlling attrition
  • Guiding and mentoring project teams
  • Arranging necessary training for project team members
  • Resource planning, periodic review, and performance appraisal
  • Adhering to internal and external audits, compliance, policies, and guidelines
  • Ensuring team adherence to compliances
  • Supporting pre-sales with estimation, planning, and proposal making

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in project management
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Minimum 3-4 years of project management experience
  • Integration project executions is an added advantage
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer, team, and stakeholder management
  • Strong team mentorship and guidance and performance evaluation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Working experience on Java/J2EE technology or any integration technology experience
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum implementation
  • Multi-domain expertise and working knowledge of other integration tools is an advantage
