Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team in placement services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing placements to students with relevant jobs in the IT domain and monitoring the student life cycle to ensure standard outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify major employers for urban placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with companies to line up students according to their requirements and associate with pre-placement profiling.
- Visit companies' director and HR head for manpower requirement and placement tie-up.
- Maintain records related to pre-placement and post-placed students.
- Generate revenues for the organization by placing students.
- Maintain students database.
- Give briefing to students about opening details after getting requirements from clients.
- Conduct job market studies.
- Regularly coordinate with respective managers and trainers.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institutes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; should demonstrate patience and perseverance.
- Good knowledge and relations with corporates.
- Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.
