**Job Title:** Service Architect

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions that meet business needs. As a key member of our team, you will engage with stakeholders to understand user stories and determine requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement configuration-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including UIs and workflows.
  • Maintain instance performance by creating custom reports and dashboards with supporting metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators and developers to ensure global consistency in code alignment and clean code practices.
  • Proactively identify system deficiencies and provide solutions to remediate.
  • Ensure consistent configuration across development, testing, and production environments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in design and development for the ServiceNow Platform.
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
  • Experience transitioning technology from locally focused to centralized service organization.
  • Familiarity with ITSM functions and modules within ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of RESTful Web Services and APIs.
  • Knowledge of IT and Security management best practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards).
  • Experience developing workflows and supporting service technology teams.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideRecord.

**Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundations Certification
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification(s)
